PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times and Click & Collect availability can vary at short notice due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Please note in periods of lockdown, there may be a delay in your online order due to restrictions and demand.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order.

Changes to your order’s delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide Authority To Leave during checkout. Authority To Leave is optional for Standard deliveries but a requirement for Same Day deliveries.

Sender must provide a physical location, as we do not send to PO Box addresses.

PLEASE NOTE To protect staff and customers during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic, Australia Post have made the decision to remove signature on delivery. As a result you may not be required to sign for delivery of your order until further notice.

 

IF YOUR ADDRESS IS UNATTENDED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

Standard Delivery  If you have not provided Authority To Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender.

Same Day Delivery  Authority To Leave is a requirement for Same Day delivery, however if it is determined that it is not safe to leave the goods or delivery is unable to be effected for any other reason, your parcel will be returned to us and Customer Service will contact you regarding your order.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

If there is an issue fulfilling your Same Day delivery order, you will be contacted via phone. If we are unable to reach you to resolve your order, we reserve the right to convert your order to Standard delivery with Authority To Leave. In this case, the Same Day delivery freight charge will be refunded to you.

MouseTrap.me does not ship Internationally for the moment, as we need to focus on Australian Customers, to handle the plague…

We do not ship any product seperately, only if a Silver Bullet MouseTrap has already is included in the purchase.

 

Tracking Your Order

For the most up to date information on the status of your order, you can log into your Account, and go to ‘My Orders’ to view live status updates. When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our online team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email or call toll free 1 800 033 465 (AU), 0800 300 034 (NZ), or +61 3 9267 1681 (outside of Australia), so that we may assist you. Our customer service is available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (AEST).

By selecting the box “Authority to Leave” you hereby authorise us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery (“ATL delivery”). If you select to receive your parcel via ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that only confirmation of delivery by the delivery driver (engaged directly or indirectly by Witchery) will be obtained, in order to satisfy proof of delivery. To the extent permissible by law, Witchery and its related entities disclaim all warranties and liabilities in relation to the delivery of the parcel. Unless otherwise required by law, Witchery will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if being delivered via ATL delivery. ATL delivery must be selected for Same Day Delivery Service. By selecting ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery driver maintains the right to only leave the parcel at your shipping address if they deem the property safe to do so.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available. Where the items are already in-store, these will be available within 8 business hours. For Click & Collect orders where the items need to be shipped from our Australian warehouse to your store, this may take 3-4 weeks to arrive due to COVID-19 restrictions.

These time frames will be clearly marked when selecting your Click & Collect store location in the delivery section of the checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

PLEASE NOTE All click and collect orders require customers to book in a collection time to pick up the order in-store. Please refer to your order collection email and follow the link to book in a time that is convenient for you.

Our free Click & Collect service is available at most stand-alone Witchery stores near you. Simply pick and pay for your product via the website and within 8 business hours or 2-7 business days your order will be waiting for you. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready with a link to book a collection time that is convenient for you.

Once you have selected the time & date to collect your order, make sure to complete your details on the next page (enter your first name, last name, email address, and phone number) and click ‘Save Booking’ to confirm. Check the ‘Remind By Email’ box on this page to receive convenient email reminders.

How to change your booking

For Click & Collect Later orders, we will notify you as soon as your parcel has arrived in-store from our warehouse and is ready for you to book your collection time. This is usually within 5-7 business days.

WHY ARE THERE TWO DIFFERENT TIME-FRAMES FOR CLICK & COLLECT?

Items that are available for Click & Collect within 8 business hours are already in-stock in-store. Items that are available within 5-7 business days* are sent from our warehouse to your preferred store, free-of-charge, for you to then book for collection at your convenience.

Split Orders

If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details.

No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders.
